Due to the nature of our business as a discount hobby store, most items we sell have a 30-40% discount versus most venders. Our warranty will extend 30 days limited parts and service. As you will see that most of our products are hobby, extreme sports gears and supplies; nothing we sale is indestructible. As most items we sale are meant to be used and played, ware and tare will be a result. With that in mind, please take care of your products and other related toys, and it will bring you endless excitement and fun. As a discount hobby store, we are not a try before you buy store. Please know what you are looking for before you buy. Airsoft is a hobby, not just a toy. You must have basic understanding of this sport in order to effectively use and have fun with airsoft equipments. 30 days limited service covers support, replacement, or repair of parts that are defective. There are no returns for any used items. Any return is susceptible to a 15% restocking fee without refund to shipping. Any return without the proper RMA Form may be susceptible to additional fees or delays.

What are the general rules with airsoft products?
